28 online shop will comply with UK laws and regulations. This web site and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Delivery / Shipping
Delivery is by Royal Mail. Prices will be updated when postage rates change.

Delivery Schedule
Please allow up to 10 days for your delivery but normally it will arrive within a couple of days. Outside the UK delivery times will vary. Twentyeight is not obliged to forward any goods until full payment has been received.

All images and material displayed on this Website are the copyright of Twentyeight.  None of the Material from this Website may be downloaded, copied, sold, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed and/or otherwise dealt in or with, without the prior written authority of Twentyeight.  This does however exclude the downloading any material on a single computer for personal, home use only, non commercial, provided that all copyright and other proprietary notices remain intact.  Twentyeight hereby disclaims all liability in connection with any loss and/or damage howsoever arising as a consequence of either any use of , or the inability to use, the Material on this Site.  

Twentyeight reserves the right to alter or change any product or price without any prior notice.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Twentyeight want you to be entirely happy with your purchases, and in compliance with the EU Distance Selling Directive you may cancel your order contract by simply returning your order to Twentyeight within 7 days from the receipt of goods, in their original condition and fit for re-sale, and we will refund the full value, less the original delivery charges which are the responsibility of the purchaser, as soon as possible, and no longer than 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and Twentyeight do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit to us.  Exchanges: Simply return your purchases to Twentyeight within 7 days of receipt, and we will despatch replacement goods. A re-delivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply. Twentyeight reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are believed to have been damaged, or are not in their original condition. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights.

Lost or Damage Goods
Please contact Twentyeight within 48 hours if the goods you receive are damaged so that we can  immediately address the problem.  In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 14 days from the date of your order in case you order has been delayed. 

Pricing
VAT is charged at 17.5%.  VAT Registration No: 418 2693 40.  Twentyeight reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Payment
Online orders are processed by Nochex.

Back Orders
If your item is out of stock twentyeight will contact you regarding an alternative item or full refund.

Data Protection / Secure selling
Twentyeight will not sell or pass on your details.

General Product Information
If you have any medical concerns about using our products, all of which contain essential oils, please contact your medical practitioner.

Twentyeight reserve the right to change the appearance, packaging, and scent in our products.  Each product is hand made and may therefore vary in colour, texture and fragrance.  Each bar of soap is hand cut and therefore weights are approximate and may vary slightly from soap to soap.  If you have any queries please e-mail us or give us a call on 01720 422139 and we will do our utmost to answer any questions you may have.

Wholesale Orders / Trade Customers
The products purchased from this site are for personal use only. Products may not be re-sold.  If you wish to apply to become a stockist, please visit the retailers section of this website.

We do store your personal details in a secure database to enable you to make further purchases without the need to rekey all your details.
